Effective date:
Prosenix accepts the following payment methods for all orders delivered to metropolitan France:
Card: Visa and MasterCard. Payments are processed through a secure PCI-DSS compliant gateway. Your bank may require Strong Customer Authentication under PSD2 to validate the transaction.
PayPal: you can pay with a PayPal account or by card through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account if you choose guest card payment.
Currency and charging
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Payment is charged when the order is confirmed, for the total amount shown on the confirmation page, including delivery costs. Delivery is free within metropolitan France.
Payment security
Transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS. Prosenix does not store card numbers on its servers; card data is processed directly by our PCI-DSS certified payment provider. If we suspect a fraudulent payment attempt, we may cancel the order and report it to the competent authorities.
Declined payments
If your payment is declined by your bank or by PayPal, the order is not confirmed. You will receive a notification inviting you to use another payment method or to contact your bank. No charge is made if the payment is declined.
Invoicing
An invoice is issued for each order. It is available on request at info@prosenix.com and is also sent by email after the order is dispatched.
